Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • All items that have been sold to Friends for Disposal can no longer be reclaimed by the vendor.
  • Friends for Disposal shall not be obliged to return items that have already been sold by the vendor.
  • Friends for Disposal reserves the right to refuse purchase of items below the value level of the category of interest.
  • Friends for Disposal reserves the right to refuse purchase of items obtained by illegal means.
  • Friends for Disposal reserves the right to refuse purchase of items that exceeds the area of operation.
  • Friends for Disposal reserves the right to refuse purchase of items when deemed necessary.
